Hungry for Solace
Subhuti, one wholeness is actually ineffable, but ordinary beings do cling to such a notion. - the Buddha
Today, I am a little bit hit with death.
I hold my father’s tears. My father’s tears are my tears. These two hands are insufficient. These two hands need not be sufficient.
All life is change. We move as one wholeness1.
Let me cling to nothing.
Let this nothing be a balm.
Let this balm honor a life.
Let this life fall to the floor in humility and gratitude.
Let us not cling, but open open open.
Let us open.
